As my artwork is either original one-off paintings or items printed to order all sales are final. No refunds. No Returns.

REFUNDS
In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged please email a photo(s) of your damaged goods to the artist, Louise on the day of receipt of your package.

I use Royal Mail Signed For delivery to Mainland UK so please check that the packaging is intact before you take delivery.
I only replace items if they are damaged during transit. Please email me as requested above and we can find a solution together.
Replacements will not be made for artwork damaged by the recipient.
